How To Become A Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner And Live To Your Full Potential

Spirituality has risen significantly, but not quite in the religious sense. Specifically, people are becoming less religious but more spiritual – what exactly does this mean? Spirituality is not about religion alone but of broader connotations. Many believe innate power has been bestowed upon us since the universe’s birth.
I’ve scoured the web and traditional libraries, searching for different meanings and insights into what people define as spirituality. I discovered that spirituality is an individual thing that means different things to different people. You must seek and experience it personally, not just unthinkingly follow others. Ask questions, read, research, and look within yourself to discover what spiritually elevates you.
Finding Your Frequency And Raising Your Spiritual Vibrations
It’s human nature to try different things or follow proven old ways until our truth is revealed. Unfortunately, some of us will never find out this fortunate truth. We spend our lives in the shadows of society, conforming to the norm, made to believe if we don’t do that, we’re failures. However, by becoming a Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner, you:
-
- reveal your true nature/being/self
- discover a real purpose that biochemically resonates with your mind, body, and spirit in a positive way
- understand religion and science, but not confined within these social constructs or boundaries – we’re all human and therefore need each other
- become an avid learner of the world within and without
- vibrate at a higher frequency with increased spiritual energy (aligned)
Success, joy, and fulfilment don’t come from the world without but from within; many people are barking up the wrong tree. You can only become aware of these things if you take time to be silent and listen to nothing, slow down occasionally. Tranquillity achieved through wisdom, meditation, mindfulness and awareness is the basis of the Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner, accompanied by:
- Taking massive action on your goals
- Striving to be the best version of yourself daily
- Helping others with no hidden agenda
- Knowing you’re one with nature, the universe and everyone else
- Finding dynamism in daily activities
Everything mentioned above is to help you grow as a respectable, active, successful, and influential member of society. Whether you’re a professional or not, young or old, and male or female, you can immediately become a Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner.
Taking Massive Action On Your Goals
Like most things, this part can be tailored to suit the individual. If making a phone call or writing a letter is part of what you should do, commit to it with all your heart and attention. You mustn’t break your back or deprive yourself of sleep. A functional spine and adequate sleep can take you beyond achieving your immediate goals.
Develop a habit of doing more than the average person does. When you make it a point to go the extra mile, you’ll be surprised how the seemingly complex tasks become doable over time. That’s also a great way to build mental resilience and harness positive energy.
Get it done within your set time frame and with your utmost concentration. Do it mindfully, one thing at a time, and avoid multitasking. I advise breaking down your projects or articles into smaller, more manageable parts. This way, you learn and absorb more as a beginner or expert.
Self-awareness can help you discern your best learning method. There’s no single best learning method but a combination of styles to suit the individual. Always take breaks and look after your physical health because your body is the engine that stores and burns the energy you need to take massive action towards your goals.
Striving To Be The Best Version Of Yourself Daily
First and foremost, you must make a move or show up. Try to outdo yourself every day. That way, you’re guaranteed positive results. Keep at it even if you don’t see any immediate change or feel like you’re not progressing.
Something within you changes when you decide to do this, and you can only expand. You must approach each task or day strategically and open-mindedly, with the hunger of a beginner.
Mistakes are an everyday part of life, so never give up because that makes you stronger and better. By striving to be the best version of yourself daily, you broaden your horizons and become a lifelong learner. This approach to daily life enables you to become fully aware of your strengths and weaknesses.
Once you’re on a mission to master yourself, synchronicities and positive signs start to appear in your life. You can interpret these synchronicities only if you’re aware and open-minded. In other words, you’ll be able to realise and act on opportunities because you’re always tuned in.
Helping Others With No Hidden Agenda
Contribution to society is food for the spirit. If done wholeheartedly and correctly, it can lead to enlightenment. Serving others in difficult times or sharing your talents opens your chakras and increases your spiritual energy. Kindness is the foundation on which you must build.
Helping others enhances golden qualities like compassion, empathy, and collaboration, amongst many other skills. It must come from a place where the love and progress of humankind are at the forefront, not money.
You must always take time out for others, whether at work, home, or on the streets, and don’t think about what you’re getting out of it. It makes you a better human being. Make sure you can distinguish helping others from business transactions.
When doing business, be helpful and not trick others out of their hard-earned money. Ill-gotten gains can deflate your spirituality and lead you down a very dark path.
Helping others motivates you on your journey and genuinely makes you happier and better. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth. Muhammad Ali
Knowing You’re One With Nature, the Universe And Everyone Else
By aligning yourself with the universal mind, you start appreciating everything on this planet and the cosmos. This globe is hurtling and spinning in space at a magnificent speed of roughly 1,600 kilometres an hour, and the galaxy moves at 402,000 kilometres an hour. We’re oblivious to the fact that if the earth stopped moving, we’d all crash and die, which I don’t think will ever happen in our lifetime. It’s a lovely thought to get your juices flowing, though.
You’ve heard the phrases, “My people die from lack of knowledge, knowledge is power, learning never stops,” etc. The more you acquire knowledge of the cosmos, religion, laws of nature, science, and people, the more you notice how far we’ve come and how much more we must learn. There are lots of similarities between science and religion, but the narratives make it seem like they are aeons apart.
A few scientists today are beginning to embrace the spiritual aspect of the self, and it’s refreshing to witness. On the other hand, thanks to YouTube, more people are becoming interested in quantum mechanics and science in general. How heartwarming.
Most people are awakening to the sobering fact that we’re all connected to everything else in the universe. We’re everything, yet nothing; open your mind to the infinite opportunities before you. The Bible and many other religions say God fashioned humans from earth/soil/dust. And some scientists say we’re composed of stardust – the same thing as cosmic dust/primordial soup. That dust is part of the cosmic fabric, so we’re made from a malleable material. You have so much power within you, but you must be spiritually aware to access it.
Finding Dynamism In Daily Activities
Most people are quick to say their life sucks or it’s boring. If you constantly tell yourself you’re unhappy or put your happiness in other people’s hands, you’ll never be happy. Happiness can only come from within, and that’s where most people get it wrong. You must approach life with enthusiasm and curiosity and practice being in the present moment to thrive.
Mindfully engaging in daily mundane activities is vital to your spiritual well-being. Instead of living on autopilot, put all your senses and attention into everything you do. That’s being in the present moment.
How often do you find yourself thinking about the past or the future? When you’re doing domestic chores? Driving? In the shower? Believe it or not, all suffering stems from trying to control something we have no business controlling. You cannot control the future or the past but your everyday thoughts, emotions, and actions. That will determine what type of future you’re going to have.
Once you practice mindfulness in everything you do or meditate, your mind clears, and you become incredibly self-aware. You’re preparing to become more than your environment, body, and time. As Dr. Joe Dispenza mentioned, when you become more than those three, you acquire the ability to mould yourself into whatever you want.
Lifelong learning and the drive to become a better human being who empowers fellow earthlings must be your top priorities as you develop into a Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner.
Final Thoughts
Alignment is the key to all that you aspire to do or become. Everything mentioned above will help you harness energy, frequency, and vibration. Nikola Tesla stated that one must think about energy, frequency, and vibration to understand the universe’s secrets. You can manipulate this cosmic malleable material if you know how to tap into its infinite power.
Light is both a particle and a wave. That must convince you that reality or consciousness is paradoxical and cannot be subject to logical reasoning alone. The best way to master and navigate the now is to become a Spiritually Aware Lifelong Learner acquainted with information-age navigation skills.
